Privacy and Data

Polymaths stores account details, drafts, submissions, evaluations, reflections, preferences, and progress records needed to operate the learning experience. Drafts are private to their student; submitted work is only surfaced according to the app's reveal and feature controls.

Authorized mentors and administrators can access submitted work only for review, moderation, and support responsibilities. AI-assist exports use opaque student references and require a mentor to approve evaluation drafts before release.

Students can permanently delete their account and associated data in mobile Settings. A verified web deletion pathway is also available at Delete Your Account. Deletion removes the profile, drafts, submissions, evaluations, progress, portfolio, notifications, support requests, authentication records, and locally stored uploads.
